About A Change of the Heart
My Background
I have been on a long journey to get to where I am! I grew up in an abusive home, I thought I could escape the abuse by getting married. I went from one bad, abusive marriage to another for years. Finally I had enough! I had to figure out what was wrong. As a single mom of 14 children that I adore, I went to school. I go degrees in both psychology and social work, as well as getting certified as a relationship coach. I took trainings in trauma, attachment, EMDR, EFT, TFT and religious trauma, Christian counseling and others. I have come to believe that through a closer relationship to God, His love can heal all our relationship wounds!
I have since been privileged to lead many clients to be able to experience the love of God that has healed their wounds of the past and restored their relationships both with God and others, which in turn improved their overall well-being.
My approach considers the whole person and tailored to each individual's unique needs.
My Philosophy
I believe that everyone has the potential to have loving, healthy, fulfilling and meaningful relationships. By identifying clients wounds and attachment styles, and learning ways to heal and develop healthy relationship skills, my clients are able to unlock their full potential and create relationships that are healing, fulfilling and meaningful and where they feel loved.
My Services
I offer a range of services including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and workshops. These services are designed to help clients heal wounds, overcome obstacles, improve their mindset, and achieve their goals to have more loving and fulfilling relationships.
Most 1 on 1 sessions are on zoom right now, if you prefer to meet in person and live close we might be able to arrange that.
Sessions start at $200/session but can be adjusted according to your ability to pay. I want to be able to help anyone in need regardless of their ability to pay.

Living in the Fear of God
It will be an 8 week program with zoom calls at 5:00 pm MT. on Mondays, starting October 30. The cost is $200 for the full 8 weeks and that includes the workbook.
